TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

We have Transitional houses in Placer, Yuba, Sutter, and Sacramento Counties.  We serve Men, Women and Women with Children.

We specialize in, but not limited to, working with Men and Women who are Re-entering society after being incarcerated. We have contracts that will assist in some cases with funding for the program such as SASCA. We place each client based upon their individual needs and circumstances in the house that best suits them. Our program is social model theory based along with a strong set of guidelines promoting responsibility and accountability. We also offer job placement assistant and life skills training. Upon entry, we will do an intake and help put a plan in place with a clear direction.

Our transitional program is structured in a way that reveals the barriers that has prevented these men and women from achieving the life that they were meant to have. This will include Intensive one on one session with our experienced, well trained staff. Our staff has developed a unique way of reaching the men and women we serve. Our methods have proved extremely successful.
